Below the itinerary you will also see what exactly is included in each tour program price.
We suggest to print from the website the entire tour program showing the detailed itinerary, applicable rates and prices for your records before making the reservation.
In case the our price is not listed,but has to be calculated based on the specific travel dates, please send us an email to request it in writing.

Payment: deposit and final
To confirm the tour, we require a deposit of $200 or Euro 200 per person deposit, unless otherwise stated.
After receipt of the booking request, we will confirm the requested tour in 24-48 business hours not counting weekends and holidays when offices are closed.
Should the requested tour be sold out, deposit will not be collected.
Final payment: 40 days before departure unless otherwise stated.
Pricing: All prices on tour pages are in US dollars or Euros. We also accept payment in CAD dollars.
Upon confirmation of the tour, our invoice will be sent to you by email with all details of the tour to the email address entered on the booking form.
Prices on our website are always per person, based on two persons sharing a room, and are in effect at the time of loading the program to the web pages and might be subject to change without notice.
No price increases are permitted after the customer has paid the deposit and invoice is sent. The only exception is newly imposed government taxes that came into effect after the invoicing date.
In case there is a price increase due to new government and city taxes after the deposit date, if increase is more than 5% of the tour price, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund.
In the unfortunate event a participant must cancel the confirmed tour, notice has to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by email. We do not accept bookings, modifications or cancellations by phone, all interactions have to be in writing.
Deposits are always nonrefundable.
If cancellation happens after the final payment deadline, the full tour price will be nonrefundable.
In case of group bookings, name changes within the group is allowed up to 30 days before departure without penalty.
A valid passport is required for each participant. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months after the scheduled return date to your home country.
It is the travelers’ responsibility to obtain visa (if needed) to the travel destination.You must consult the appropriate consulates regarding visa and other document requirements.
We can assist your visa applications by official letters addressed to consulates to fasten the visa processing procedures.
We are not in a position to obtain or verify the accuracy or completeness of any participant’s visa or other required documentation and shall not be liable for delay or missed portion of any part of your tour resulting from lacking the appropriate travel documentation.
Our travel vouchers will be emailed to you after receipt of full payment. Some travel documents are issued and emailed to you only 3-4 weeks before tour departure.
We will use hotels listed on your confirmation. Should changes in hotels be necessary, an effort will be
made to substitute similar hotels in the same category and star designation.
Standard policy for hotels is to have rooms available
for check-in no earlier than 3:00 p.m. If you arrive at your first hotel earlier than 3 p.m.,it is possible to leave the suitcases at the hotel while you discover the city on your own.
In certain cases, if hotels are not busy and have empty rooms available, they might allow you to check in earlier than 3 p.m.
Subject to the discretion of the hotel, triple-occupancy hotel accommodations may involve the use of hotel rooms with just two beds and a roll-out bed.
In the event of cancellation of the tour by our suppliers full refund will be processed.
We do our best to select such suppliers but exercise no control over them and cannot be held responsible for the failure of these suppliers to carry out any obligations. Any and all bookings made with these suppliers by us for you, are subject to the terms and conditions of each and every such supplier based on their regulatory obligations in their respective countries.
By booking with us you are protected by the Travel Industry Act and covered by our regulatory governmental agency, TICO for any reasonable claims or omissions up to the amount you paid for the tour.
We are not responsible for any and all claims for losses, damages, delays, illness, injuries, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, or anxiety arising from: a) Fault of negligence on the part of said travel suppliers. b) Illness, theft, strikes, mechanical problems, quarantine, governmental intervention, weather conditions, acts of hostility or violence and any other grounds beyond their control; c) Your failure to obtain passport, visas, or other travel documents; d) Your failure to report on time at an airport or ground transfer facility; e) Material damages, theft or other mysterious disappearance of your goods; f ) Personal injury or death; g) Force Majeure – event(s) beyond our, or our suppliers‘ reasonable control including,
but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lockout or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by governmental authorities; H) missed connections or departures due to delays of airlines or any other public carriers.
We strongly suggest to purchase travel insurance to cover you for any un-anticipated occurrences during your travel. Please indicate on the booking form if you wish to get recommendation on cancellation and overseas medical insurance providers.
Please enter the names of the travelers on the booking form the way as they appear on their passports. A change in name or departure date may constitute a cancellation, and penalties may apply.
By confirming the reservation with payment, the travelers or their travel agent agent acknowledges that they are aware of and will comply with these terms and conditions.
